- A pop-up notification will appear on your screen to confirm your action. Click “OK” to delete all the emails selected. All your emails will be sent to the trash folder.
Pro tip
- To permanently delete your emails, click the “Empty Trash now” option that will appear at the top. You can let Gmail do the job for you, as it will automatically empty the Trash folder after 30 days.
- If you want to keep an email, click and drag it to another folder before confirming deleting the emails in bulk.
It is important to note that once you click “Empty Trash,” the emails will be permanently deleted, and you cannot retrieve them.
Retrieve Deleted Emails from the Trash Folder
